Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used groceries. Herbal and nattu marunthu products (for hygiene and safety reasons). Pooja items once opened/used.

Eligible Returns

Damaged or defective items received. Wrong item delivered.

Refund Process

Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order at srisenthilvelavanstores@gmail.com. Provide clear proof (photo/video) of damage/defect. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
